Though we make every effort to keep our prices current, we reserve the right to correct improper pricing of products at any time. If this occurs with a product you have ordered, you will be notified via e-mail and offered 5% off that product for your inconvenience. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We offer five ordering options for your convenience. You can place your order by:

NOTE: If you choose to fax, e-mail or send us a check, please be sure to include all of the pertinent ordering information necessary for us to process your order quickly. [This should include your name, address where the product should be shipped, billing address if different from your shipping address, and your phone number in case we need to contact you. Also be sure to include the product item number, brand name, price, and your full credit card information including type of card, account number, full name listed on the card, and the expiration date of the card].
SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY:
We ship orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders to P.O. boxes, military APO and FPO mailboxes will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service.
We ship anywhere within the continental United States. The carrier we use to ship your order (USPS, UPS), will depend on your requested shipping preference at the time you place the order, where the order is being shipped, and also the weight and size of the order. We will ship your order in the most affordable way possible.
Your order is processed and shipped usually within 24 hours after our receipt and conveniently delivered to your doorstep. Please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery on standard ground shipping. If you desire a different shipping method, you may designate this in our secure shopping cart area upon checkout. (Please refer to the shipping pull-down list for various shipping options).
UPS 2nd DAY AIR RATES
We also offer UPS 2nd-day air ($12.95) for orders under 5 pounds. If you request 2nd day air and your order was placed before 12:00 pm (PST), it will be shipped the same day, provided that items ordered are in stock. Orders received after 12:00 pm (PST) will be shipped the next business day.
If there are back ordered items on your order, we will notify you via e-mail. This way you can decide how you would like us to proceed with your order. Orders over 5 pounds, will be charged actual shipping cost.
Choosing UPS 2nd day air, does not necessarily mean that your order will arrive in two days. If all items ordered are in stock, we will process and ship your order on the same day (provided that the order was placed prior to 12:00 pm PST). You will receive your order two business days after it is shipped. UPS does not deliver 2nd day air packages on weekends.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
- Standard Mail: A flat fee of $3.95 for orders (under 2 lbs.)
- Priority Mail: $5.95 for orders (2 to 3 lbs.)
- Priority Mail: $6.95 for orders (3 to 4 lbs.)
- Priority Mail: $7.95 for orders (4 to 5 lbs.)
- UPS 2nd-day air: $12.95 (under 5 lbs.)
- Free shipping on orders over $75.00
We reserve the right to choose between these shipping methods. We will contact you via e-mail if there is a problem with the shipping method you have chosen. Once again, we will ship in the most affordable way possible to accommodate the size and weight of your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERING INFORMATION

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST BE PAID WITH INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS DESIGNATED IN U.S. DOLLARS! PAYMENTS TO BE MADE WITH U.S. FUNDS ONLY!
Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by YOU (the customer). Please contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your country and situation. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO KNOW THE CUSTOMS REGULATIONS FOR THE COUNTRY WHERE THE PRODUCT IS BEING SHIPPED.
NOTE: If your package is stopped by customs and returned to us - we will refund your cost minus shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
Additionally, when ordering from vitamins4uonline.com, YOU are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
International orders will be shipped using USPS parcel Post Air Mail and USPS International Express. Shipping costs are estimated and are subject to adjustment based on destination, weight and value.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
You will receive an e-mail confirmation notification the day your order is shipped.
RETURN POLICY:
Unopened items may be returned, though you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. We do not accept returns of opened merchandise or special orders.
